By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms.
Website use license
The website and its contents — specimen images, copy, code, interface, and other materials — are licensed for browsing only. You may not copy, modify, republish, scrape, or redistribute site materials except as allowed by a purchased font license or with written permission.
- Do not copy, modify, republish, or redistribute website content, specimens, or interface without permission.
- Do not scrape, harvest, or mirror the site.
- Do not reverse engineer website software.
- Do not remove copyright or proprietary notices from site materials.
Font licensing
Font software is licensed, not sold. The End User License Agreement (EULA) is the same document issued with every retail license. The Licensed Unit is the category, quantity, and term stated on the Purchase Record at checkout. The website use license below does not grant any font rights.
The EULA does not grant a right to modify, adapt, convert, or create derivative font data from the Font Software. A desktop license is an installation and static-use grant only.
Custom glyphs, extra weights, or a bespoke version require a separate written agreement from trulytype LLC.
Usage categories and checkout options are described on Font Licenses. The Agreement itself is the End User License Agreement issued with every retail license.
