Licenses, files, and support.
What formats do you provide?
Retail files are OTF, WOFF2. Trial files are WOFF2.
Do you offer variable fonts?
No. Retail files are static OTF and WOFF2.
What's included in licensing?
Font software is licensed, not sold. A license grants only the Licensed Unit you purchase at checkout (for example desktop, web, or app). Uses that are not on the Purchase Record are not included.
Can I modify the fonts?
No. The EULA does not allow you to modify, adapt, convert, or create derivative font data from the Font Software. Custom glyphs, extra weights, or a bespoke version require a separate written agreement from trulytype LLC.
Do you offer custom fonts?
Yes. Commission a typeface, a modification, or technical help at newbusiness@trulytype.com. Retail licenses and support stay at mail@trulytype.com.
What do I use on the web?
WOFF2. Subset it to the glyphs you need.
How do I get support?
Write mail@trulytype.com. Licensed files, checkout, and the EULA.
Are updates included?
If we issue a new cut of a family you licensed, it goes to the checkout email. The EULA does not set a schedule.
