How trulytype LLC collects, uses, and protects information when you visit the site, buy fonts, or write to the studio. Website use is covered by the Terms of Service. Font software is licensed under the EULA.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide when you purchase fonts or licenses, download trials, contact support, subscribe to updates, or create an account. That can include name, email, billing details, company name, and communication preferences. Payment details are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
An account is the email you used at checkout or for a trial. Sign-in is a one-time link, not a password. When you download licensed files we keep a record of the email, the file, and the time so we can support the order. Checkout, refunds, and how long download links last are on Payments & Refunds.
We also collect device and usage data automatically, including IP address, browser, operating system, pages visited, and referring site. That first-party record is how the studio sees visits. We do not use Google Analytics.

Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share it with service providers who process payments, send email, host the site, or help with support, or when required by law, or as part of a business transfer. Stripe handles checkout. The Terms of Service describe website use and the font license itself.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, update, or delete your information, subject to legal and contractual obligations. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Purchase receipts and license records stay on. Open your account to see licenses and downloads for the email we have on file.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for site function, the cart, sign-in, preferences, first-party analytics, and Google Analytics (G-WS5SJXVR4G). You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking them may stop checkout or sign-in from working.
