About
Perfect is rarely the thing you remember. A crooked smile. A nose that's a little too big. The small differences that make one person look like themselves. Dakota began with the same idea. We were interested in the contours and imperfections of the human body and in old Comme des Garçons ephemera that seemed to find beauty in unusual places too. The letters swell and narrow. Some sit a little awkwardly beside one another. Those are the parts we like. Set Dakota large and the imperfections become the point. It comes in one weight. It only needed one.
