Due to the digital nature of our products, our return policy is designed to protect both customers and our intellectual property.
Digital Product Returns
Font files and digital downloads are generally non-refundable once downloaded. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise.
When Returns Are Considered
We may consider returns or exchanges in the following situations:
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems that prevent proper font installation or use
- Accidental Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the wrong font or license type
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same font twice
- Quality Issues: If there are legitimate quality problems with the font files
Return Process
To request a return or exchange:
- Contact Support: Reach out to our support team within 7 days of purchase
- Provide Details: Include your order number and specific reason for the return
- Review Period: We will review your request within 2 business days
- Resolution: If approved, we will process your return or exchange
What We Don’t Accept
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind after successful download
- Incompatibility with your design software (check system requirements first)
- Font style preferences (preview fonts before purchase)
- Projects that didn’t work out as planned
Exchange Policy
If you purchased the wrong license type, we may offer an exchange for the correct license with any price difference applied.
Refund Processing
If your return is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- You must delete all downloaded font files
